Thank you for shopping with Krystallio. We take great care in ensuring that every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective product.
• You received the wrong product.
• Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with the original packaging and any included accessories.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Personal preference or dislike of the product.
• Minor differences in color, pattern, shape, size, texture, or inclusions.
• Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without prior approval from Krystallio.

3. Natural Variations in Crystals

Every crystal and gemstone is naturally unique.

Variations in:

• Color
• Pattern
• Shape
• Size
• Texture
• Natural inclusions
• Surface markings

are normal characteristics of genuine natural stones and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. Due to the natural characteristics of crystals and differences in screen settings, the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown on our website.

4. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable.

5. Return Approval

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Please do not send any products back without receiving confirmation from us.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because:

• We shipped the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item is confirmed to be defective.

Krystallio will bear the cost of return shipping or arrange a return pickup where available.

If a return is requested for any reason not covered under this policy, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Replacements

Where stock is available, we may offer a replacement for eligible products.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, although the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible. However, if your order qualifies under this Return & Refund Policy, you may request a return after delivery.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address resulting in the package being returned to us, any applicable shipping and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
