1. Shipping Locations

Krystallio currently ships within India only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During festivals, sales, or other high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available).

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional free shipping offers will also be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS (where available).

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment through the courier's tracking portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

Krystallio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

• Inspect the package before accepting it.
• If possible, refuse delivery if the package is severely damaged.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the package and product.

We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Courier service delays
• Government restrictions

10. Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund at our discretion.

11. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or logistical reasons.

If this happens, you will be informed accordingly, and no additional shipping charges will be applied for the split shipment.
